O'Gorman Construction is family run construction company based in Waterford, Mike the owner has a love for sleek garden design and he has decided to focus on his passion to establish Blackwater Garden Rooms. We cover all parts of Waterford, Cork and surrounding counties. We have over 20 years knowledge and experience in the building industry. We can offer a personal service designed to represent the highest standards in terms of quality, energy efficiency and value for money. We specialise in garden rooms/studio's and garages. All our garden rooms are handcrafted by professional tradesmen and built to the highest standards that will last a lifetime.

OUR GARDEN ROOMS ARE BUILT TO THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND STANDARDS
- The client chooses the specification of the materials used as it's fully bespoke. In previous designs we have used alu-clad double glazed doors and windows and red cedar cladding giving the building a high spec finish but we will work with you depending on your desired requirements.
- We use high rated 100mm rigid insulation in all our walls, ceiling and floors along with an additional air tightness membrane to ensure a quality finish.
- For the roof we recommend using Res-Tec Fibre Glass, the standard for timber framed buildings.
- We take pride in the complete internal finishing of our rooms ensuring electrics, plastering and flooring are completed to high standard and we always leave the site as you would expect to find it.
